People have been asking about Halloween, and while there is no written formal policy, it is suggested that children trick or treat until 8 p.m. Halloween falls on a school day and children should not be out late. Please use reflective clothing or tape on costumes, and use flashlights after dark. Homeowners who participate in trick or treat are asked to put their outside lights on. If there are no outside lights on or after 8 p.m., please do not trick or treat and, as usual, be careful after dark driving or trick or treating.
