A Sunset Beach, North Carolina man has died from injuries sustained in a one-vehicle crash on Highway 905 near Old Buck Creek Road.
Paul Batten, III, age 61, died at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center on July 24, Horry County Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard reported in a news release issued Aug. 1.
Batten鈥檚 1997 Geo Tracker overturned at about 4:45 p.m. on July 11, and he was ejected from the vehicle, according to Horry County Fire and Rescue.
The crash closed both lanes of Highway 905 while the South Carolina Highway Patrol investigated.
